Returns & Exchanges Policy

We’re a small, purpose-driven brand, and we do our best to get every order right the first time. Below is our returns and exchanges policy.

Trucker Hats & Merchandise

We accept returns on unworn, unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, free of stains, odors, or damage. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email hello@pancakesforhookers.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email.

Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item for store credit and place a new order.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
