Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Pancakes for Hookers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pancakes for Hookers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

If you need help locating a shipment, we’re happy to assist where possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@pancakesforhookers.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and work to make it right.
